Florida Drug Rehab
Rehab, simply stated, is the process of learning how to live again, without relying on the stew of chemicals that has been coursing through your body for so long.
Rehab doesn’t sound like fun. In fact, it seems to have an air of punishment around it, as if rehab were the lesser of two evils, in a choice between prison and getting help.
That’s why we created Florida Drug Rehab to be a completely different concept in substance abuse treatment. We aren’t out in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by barren desert. Our walls aren’t that institutional gray-green color. Our staff members don’t act like prison guards or reform school principals.
If you want to get your life back, shouldn’t that be a good experience? We think so. That’s why we’re close to Tampa Bay, in a sunny and serene setting. That’s why our center feels like a comfortable and inviting home. And that’s why you’ll usually find our professional staff wearing smiles, because they really enjoy what they do.
We know that kicking a drug habit isn’t a “walk in the park.” It’s hard work. In fact, it’s almost impossible to accomplish without help. When you come to Florida Drug Rehab, you’ll be surrounded by staff members with the training and experience to help you get through the rough parts, as you learn how to begin a new chapter in your life—without the suffering caused by addiction.
Addiction always brings people down to pretty much the same level, in pretty much the same way. But that doesn’t mean that all addicts are alike.
We understand that you took your own path when drugs first came into your life. You had your own reasons for trying them, and your own struggles you hoped they’d help you get through. We also understand that you—and every other addict—will follow a unique path into recovery. We promise we won’t treat you as “just another addict.” Our objective is to work with you to develop a plan for recovery that’s agreeable to you. Then, we’ll support you in working the steps of that plan, as you develop the skills to face a future without drugs.
